SHIPPING POLICY:

Domestic (United States & possesions, Canada)

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, and will dispatch your order as soon as possible. Most orders will be packaged and shipped within 3 working days of receiving the order. Occasionally there may be delays - if the item ordered is out of stock or must be personalized. In that case, please allow 10 - 14 working days. We will e-mail you when the order is shipped so you know it is on the way.

International (everywhere else)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE PRE-PAID VIA PAYPAL. Regretfully, we DO NOT accept credit cards for International Orders. After placing an order from overseas, PLEASE WAIT for an email from us. We will then email you the total shipping cost of your order, you then can go to www.paypal.com and pay to . As soon as we see your payment cleared, we will ship your order.

Under normal curcumstances, we have no delivery problems. However, once the package is in the hands of the customs department of your country, we are no longer responsible. Most orders go right through customs, but sometimes it can take up to several weeks extra. Order and payment for any products only guarantees that we will ship the items to your location. Your country's customs department may access taxes, import fees, tariffs and/or restrict delivery. We CAN NOT be responsible for packages undelivered due to import laws or other circumstances outside our control.

PAYMENT POLICY

MG Leather accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders and Cashiers/Certified Checks only. Money Orders and Cashiers/Certified Checks must be in US funds. Unfortunatly, we cannot accept personal checks, American Express or COD's. International orders must be pre-paid in US funds via Certified Bank Check or Paypal. International customers will be emailed a final invoice with complete shipping charges. International orders will not be filled until payment is received and cleared.

RETURN POLICY

We will exchange any unused item except for books, undergarments or body jewelry with which you are not satisfied for merchandise of equal value or credit the amount to your account.

Undergarments includes, but is not limited to: cockrings, cock and ball toys, anal toys, dildo harnesses, and any other item which is worn on or touches the genitalia.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or refund on unused items.
